How The Private Standard came to be

The Private Standard began as the systems that ran The Clemenza Group itself. The same systems that now run inside client firms were first built to run a law practice, a luxury real estate firm, a private foundation, a wine business, a travel office, a talent roster, and a co-op of 89 residences.

Principals in our verticals began asking how those firms were quietly outrunning their headcount. The Private Standard is the answer, made available to a small number of firms each quarter.
